New threat to national security

This radical group represents a new and serious type of threat to public security, consisting of individuals not directly linked to jihadist groups like DAESH or Al Qaeda. Instead, they hold an extremely intolerant and rigid interpretation of religion. Through their social media channels, they promote violence and idolize terrorist actions committed by followers of this organisation.

Expulsions in accordance with the law

The expulsions were carried out in accordance with Article 54.1a of the Immigration Law, citing their involvement in activities contrary to national security. The process involved thorough investigations, control, and monitoring under the guidance of the General Foreigners and Borders Commissioner. Such grave infractions automatically lead to expulsion and a subsequent ban on reentry into national territory.
