UPDATE – CAPTURED – Viviana Andrea Vallejo Gutierrez, known as Vivi is on the EU most wanted list, thought to be living in Spain. This woman is a highly dangerous international criminal. 

She was born in Columbia but speaks with a Galician accent. Gutierrez was born in 1985 and is 1.48 metres tall. She is very slim, with a white complexion and green eyes. She also has various tattoos.

Human trafficking

Police are searching for her after she failed to attend court. She is wanted for human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

The Colombian fugitive offered the victims an opportunity to work in Spain in exchange for €1500. The girls were told to contact a man in the city of Pereira in Columbia who would provide them with airline tickets, hotel reservations, and fraudulent documentation. This was done to gain trust of the girls who thought they were going to have “normal jobs”. However, on arrival in Spain, all the victims, who were young girls who were forced to work as prostitutes.

Working 24/7

The conditions under which they had to work were abusive. Furthermore, they had to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the right to any rest. They could only leave the apartment for one hour a day to carry out personal errands.

Cogesa Expats

However, if a client called, they had to return to the flat. They shared a room with other women where they performed sexual services. The money earned from the ”services” was kept by Viviana to pay off the “debt” of €3000 euros.   

Cocaine

Gutierrez also provided cocaine to the apartment as the clients requested it.

In addition to trafficking in human beings, Vivian is also wanted for illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as laundering the proceeds of crime.

Citizen collaboration
