Altea

PROVINCIA DE ALICANTE – Alicante is a very popular province among holidaymakers who love sun, sea, and beach. People who want to settle permanently also often choose this destination.

Alicante is the Spanish province with the largest number of municipalities among the most requested destinations in the country by home buyers. This popularity has led to a remarkable increase in property prices. Consequently, a local municipality now joins a select group of Spanish municipalities where the average property prices exceed €1 million.

Exclusivity in Altea

This concerns Altea, which is joining this exclusive group for the first time with an average house price of €1,000,855. The municipality is known for its detached villas with swimming pool, spacious plots and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. These features make the homes in Altea a highly sought-after choice for buyers looking for luxury and exclusivity.

The select group

The top of this list is led by Benahavís in Málaga. Here, the average house price is no less than €2.26 million. Followed by Calvià in Mallorca with €1.65 million, Marbella with €1.54 million, and Sotogrande with €1.1 million. These cities are known for their luxury real estate, attracting an affluent crowd.
