MARBELLA – The most expensive house in Spain has 12 bedrooms and is located directly on a popular beach. The property occupies an area of 3,900 square metres and is located on a plot of 9,000 square metres. Furthermore, the villa is for sale on the Idealista.com website.

However, not many people will be able to afford the asking price. The most expensive house in Spain has a price tag of €55 million. If the property is purchased with a mortgage and a down payment of €16.5 million – equivalent to 30% of the value of the property – the monthly repayment would be €197,352 over 30 years. That is an amount that only a few can afford.
