Chef Wolfgang Puck, marking his 31st year curating the Governors Ball menu, has included 12 Cinco Jotas hams for the event. This is an increase from previous years, underscoring the ham’s growing popularity among attendees.

To ensure an authentic experience, three master jamoneros from the United States will freshly carve the ham for over 1,500 guests, including actors, directors, and producers. This live carving station offers attendees an immersive taste of Spanish culinary tradition.
