Quick action emergency services prevented worse

Cadena SER writes that thanks to the “correct action” of the hospital’s fire protocol and the rapid response of the first intervention team, the fire did not spread to other parts of the building, the hospital sources said.

A total of 24 people, including police officers, security guards and nursing staff, required medical attention. Fortunately, their injuries were minor and they have all been discharged after a positive recovery period. Authorities continue to investigate the incident to determine the cause of the fire.
