Always dreamt of driving a high-end car? Now might be your chance as nearly 200 vehicles, confiscated from drug traffickers, will go under the hammer in an exclusive auction.
Organised by the Delegation of the Government for the National Drug Plan, this event offers the public a unique opportunity to purchase luxury cars at prices below market value. The auction, which will take place between April 24 and May 8, will be conducted online via the Escrapalia platform.
Wide range of vehicles on offer
The collection up for auction includes not just high-end models but also everyday vehicles. Brands featured in the auction include BMW, Audi, Saab, Volkswagen, Volvo, Land Rover, and Mercedes-Benz, alongside more affordable options from Citroën, Toyota, Renault, Skoda, Nissan, and Peugeot. Additionally, the listings include motorcycles, vans, trucks, trailers, forklifts, quads, and bicycles.
Auction dates and locations
The vehicles will be auctioned in six separate events across Spain:

How to participate in the auction
Anyone interested in bidding must register in advance on the Escrapalia website. Participants, whether individuals or legal entities, must meet the specified requirements and provide identification and contact details. A deposit is required before placing any bids.
Each vehicle listing includes detailed information such as make, model, chassis number, registration date, engine specifications, mileage, condition, and service history. High-quality photographs accompany the descriptions to give bidders a clear idea of the vehicle’s state.
Proceeds to support social causes
The funds raised from these auctions, including the security deposits, will be allocated to the Confiscated Assets Fund. This initiative aims to mitigate the societal damage caused by drug addiction and trafficking, reinvesting the money into programs that combat these issues.
