Spain’s luxury property market is booming, and the addresses topping the price list tell their own story. From the Costa del Sol’s billionaire estates to Mallorca’s coastal retreats, the most exclusive streets combine sunshine, privacy and global prestige.

According to the latest ranking, nine of the top ten are in southern Spain or the Balearic Islands, reflecting the country’s new geography of wealth.

Counting down the top 10

10. Lomas de Benahavís (Málaga)

This gated hillside community closes the list with average prices around €7 million. Villas here appeal to buyers seeking tranquillity within reach of Marbella’s coast.

9. Bincaubell, Palma (Mallorca)

Tucked near the island’s capital, this enclave offers exclusivity with city access. Prices also average €7 million.

8. Avenida Supermaresme, Sant Andreu de Llavaneres (Barcelona)

The only northern entry: a hillside street overlooking the Mediterranean. Homes reach €9 million, blending contemporary design with sea views.

7. Congre, Andratx (Mallorca)

Popular among international buyers, this coastal street sees villas sell for €7.2 million.

6. Des Salinar, Andratx (Mallorca)

Neighbour to Congre, this stretch rises higher in the list at €7.5 million, prized for its dramatic clifftop scenery.

5. Calle Albinoni, Sierra Blanca (Marbella)

Prestige meets privacy in Marbella’s Golden Mile area. Villas average €7.8 million.

4. Calle Vivaldi, Sierra Blanca (Marbella)

A favourite among international elites, properties here push prices up to €8.3 million.

3. Calle Wagner, Sierra Blanca (Marbella)

At €8.4 million, this street has become one of the city’s most exclusive.

2. Lomas Marbella Club (Marbella)

Second place goes to this Golden Mile address, where properties fetch €9 million.

1. Coto Zagaleta, Benahavís (Málaga)

Europe’s ultimate gated estate, with its golf courses, helipad and 24-hour security. Average property price: €12.3 million.

Why these streets dominate

The pattern is clear: luxury buyers want sea views, security and a cosmopolitan lifestyle. Marbella and Benahavís remain magnets for international wealth, while Mallorca offers privacy and natural beauty. Only Barcelona’s Supermaresme breaks the southern monopoly.

Spain’s changing luxury map

With global investors chasing limited supply, Spain’s most expensive streets are unlikely to lose their appeal. For the super-rich, these enclaves offer more than homes — they represent status, security and a slice of Mediterranean prestige.
